    Open a class, inspect its duty information and factor ratings, and follow the recorded basis for its recommended grade.

  2. The market run

    Inspect matched jobs, source documents and effective dates. Follow a published figure into the comparison.

  3. The equity scan and options

    Review an illustrative pay relationship and compare the cost of implementation options.

Cypress Bend is invented. No APS employee, job-description or payroll data is in this demonstration.

Read-only access

No name or email is requested. Visits last up to 24 hours and are logged for security.

APS receives the deliverables

APS does not buy software. HSG runs the platform and delivers Word, Excel and accessible PDF files.

Materials APS can keep using

The study produces documented job evaluations, market evidence, placement recommendations, cost models and business rules.
